Terms of Sale

Items are one-off units. A listing is available until it is marked Reserved / Pending or Sold. Availability is confirmed by reply to your inquiry, not by submitting the form.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before a sale is agreed. Reasonable offers can be sent through the inquiry form.

Payments are currently accepted through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. After submitting a purchase request, you will receive payment or invoice instructions based on your selected method. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Submitting a purchase request does not complete a sale. It places the item in a temporary Pending state while the request is reviewed. An item is held only until payment is received or the request is declined.

All sales are subject to the Used Equipment Disclosure. The listing's condition notes form part of these terms.

Ownership transfers on full payment. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
