Shipping Policy

Items usually ship within 2 business days of payment clearing. If anything will take longer, I will tell you before you pay.

Headsets ship with lens protection and padding, in a box sized for the item. Original boxes are reused when the listing says they are included.

All shipments include tracking, and higher-value items are insured. The tracking number is emailed on dispatch.

Local pickup can be arranged for larger or higher-value items — mention it in your inquiry.

International shipping is quoted case by case. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
