Questions

Frequently asked questions

How payment works, how the private conversation link keeps your details safe, and exactly what the seven days after delivery cover.

Paying for an item

How money changes hands, and what I will never ask you for.

What payment methods do you accept?+

PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. Pick the one you prefer when you send a purchase request from the listing, and tell me the handle or email tied to that account so I can match your payment.

Do I pay right away when I send a request?+

No. A purchase request is not a checkout. I review it, confirm the item is still yours to claim, and then send you the exact total and the payment details in your private conversation. Nothing is owed until you get that confirmation.

What is the total I will pay?+

The listed price plus shipping. I confirm the shipping cost for your address before you send anything, so there are no surprise charges after payment.

What will you never ask me for?+

Card numbers, bank logins, one-time security codes or remote access to anything. If a message claiming to be from LensVault asks for those, it is not from me.

When does the item ship?+

Once payment has cleared. I pack it for transit and share tracking in your conversation the same day it goes out whenever possible.

The 7-day window after delivery

Everything here is pre-owned and tested by hand, so the rules after delivery are written out plainly.

How long do I have to check the item?+

Seven days from the day it is delivered. Unbox it, plug it in and give it a real session. If something is wrong, message me inside those seven days.

What counts as a problem I can report?+

The item arrives damaged in transit, does not power on or function, or is materially different from what the listing described. Send photos or a short video in your conversation and I will arrange a return and refund the purchase price once it comes back in the condition it was sent.

What does not count?+

Wear, marks and quirks that were described in the listing. Those are disclosed before you buy, so they are not grounds for a return.

Can I return it just because I changed my mind?+

I look at those case by case within the same seven days. Return shipping is on you and the item has to come back complete and in the same condition.

What happens after seven days?+

The sale is final and the item is yours as described. I will still happily answer questions and point you at compatible parts or replacements, but those would be purchased separately.

How do I start a return?+

Reply in the conversation from your purchase request with your photos and a short description of the fault. That thread already has your order details attached, so it is the fastest route.
